The main difference between Max and Viz lies in the animation. these are much more elaborate than the animation possibilities of Viz . Animation covers two main aspects:
1. Modelling animation structures. In order for animations to happen, you need to add a lot of additional structure to the normal objects of a 3D model. This concerns for example shapes such as blob meshes, internal hierarchical structures, emitters such as particle systems, etc.
2. Controlling animations. When the objects and structures have been defined, you still have to set the animation itself into motion, so to speak. This concerns forward and inverse kinematics, animating modifiers, definining an animation, and so forth. |

you can't animate on the sub subject level in viz and also there are no practical systems.at the same time viz is intended for the design community, architects, industrial designers, furniture designers etc but max used for animators like game developments and movies etc.
Good Luck!! |
